Live workout classes are streamed via Zoom 6 days a week! RSH trainers are constantly adapting our workout programs to activate your whole body over the course of the week. Our workouts are scalable to meet any fitness level!
Can’t make a live class? Each of our workouts will be recorded, and members will receive access to a full library of archived workouts so you can stay fit from anywhere at any time!
Tired of bodyweight exercises? RSH virtual program members have access to dumbbells or kettlebells to take home to add difficulty to our workouts.
