Small Group Training: serving more people in a fun & energetic atmosphere. Our group classes combine a mobility warm up, strength workout, and high intensity interval training to give clients the ultimate workout.
We practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that we look at how all areas of your life are connected. Our approach does not dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, we work with our clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.

Blair Rockoff opened the doors to Rock Solid Health in January 2013. After several years as a personal trainer and yoga instructor in Chicago and California she ventured out on her own to create the ultimate experience & environment for her clientele to improve their health, get in shape, and have fun.
After many years of yo yo dieting and dabbling in all the latest fitness trends, she has finally come to the following conclusion.
“More is not better, better is better. Eat right most of the time. Indulge in moderation. Strive for balance. Practice self – acceptance. Judge less. Every body is different and unique. Be kind & compassionate.”
This is what she wants to pass on to her clients and help them to find in their own life.
She is the client every trainer dreams of having. The one who smiles often, works hard, is self motivated, AND she helps those around her. It does not happen often but Laura fits that mold. She walked in the door an athlete, and has been proving herself ever since. Not only does she consistently show up for her workouts, but she has also competed in 2 Super Spartan Races in the past 2 years.
