My greatest achievement so far is consistency. I notice a difference in how I feel if I am not in class 4-5 times per week. I enjoy going. The hardest part was trying someplace new and unfamiliar where I didn’t know anyone so, I asked a friend to join me! I feel better mentally, physically, and emotionally. I’m cranky if I can’t get my gym time in! I can see that I am more toned, and my clothes fit better. I feel better overall if I consistently set aside this time for myself and keep coming.
