Self Care During the Holidays

The holiday season is in full swing and it feels like as the temperatures drop, our to-do’s only pile up higher.

Because of all our different commitments, this time of year can make it especially easy to forget to take care of ourselves. Whether it’s for 15 minutes or a full hour, you need time to check-in with how you’re doing and recognizing what personal needs may or may not have been met. 

Have you nourished yourself? Did you remember to drink your water; take your medications? Can you take some simple steps to help yourself get in a little bit more quality sleep?

For many people this is a time that we spend focusing on those around us, but you can’t pour from an empty cup and your health still matters! 

If your happy place is working up a sweat, that’s great; we love seeing you in class! And if your body needs a quiet cup of tea or maybe a nap, we love that too; we can’t wait to see you happy and rested the next time you’re in the studio.

We truly hope you have time to find joy and love during the last part of this wild year!
