Working out in a beautiful and well equipped studio is the dream (😉) but don’t feel like all is lost on the days you can’t make it in! Whether it’s travel, family commitments or just life that is keeping you away, there are still some great options for getting your body moving.
- Get outside! - Weather permitting, some outside time is an amazing way to get some fresh air and movement into your day. Going out for a jog or taking a walk is something you can incorporate into your routine almost anywhere you are
- Stretch those tired muscles - Foam rolling and gentle stretching is always something your body will thank you for! Carving out a bit of time in your day for this is also some guaranteed peace in a busy schedule.
- Get some guidance! - Look at the resources around you! There are easily accessible workouts to be found in the tech we use daily. Fitness apps, YouTube and our very own studio app are a great place to access planned and guided workouts!
- Tune in live - If you’re bummed about missing out on the live workout experience join us on Zoom! We offer virtual classes MWF at 12pm and 5:30!
When it’s all said and done, there are plenty of options to choose from to spend some quality time with your body but keep in mind that missing a day or two in your fitness routine is not the end of the world!
