Jumping into a new fitness program can be an intimidating thing, which is why guided workouts through personal training and group programs appeal to so many. There are many things to consider when choosing between the two including cost, type of experience and what your daily schedule looks like. We are going to lay out a few of the benefits of choosing a Group Program. (Personal training benefits to come…)
- Group Training is more cost effective - Let’s get the big one out of the way first. Cost is important to a lot of us! With group training, prices are lower, saving you a chunk of change. If you are looking to make some big positive changes on a tighter budget, this is the way to go!
- Retaining trainer attention - With a quality small group program, each member should still get the guidance they need to successfully crush a workout. Here are Rock Solid Health, we cap our small group classes at about 10 members so nobody ever feels crowded out. Ask questions to your heart’s content and we’re always happy to help!
- There is no program planning involved for members - One of the hardest things about working out on your own is creating your own workout plan. A group program takes all of that pressure off of your shoulders! Your coaches will guide you through a pre-planned program that will progress you and the other members around you. This will also keep your workouts interesting because (with us) a few workouts every week will be a complete surprise, keeping things fresh and engaging!
- Community Support - A group program brings people together and creates an environment of accountability and support. If you are looking to make connections, share goals and work hard alongside others, this is the place.
If you are on the fence about whether or not a group program is for you, we encourage you to come in and give us a try. We can’t wait to meet you!
