Q: What do the classes consist of?

A: Our classes are designed to build full body strength, improve core stability, safely challenge each participant, and deliver a Rock Solid workout.

Q: Who do your classes cater to?

A: Our clients range from brand new beginners to long term athletes and everything in between. We have some clients focusing on weight loss, while others are training for races. Because we are a small business we can cater to the needs of our clients and deliver them results.

Q: How does your membership work?

A: Membership is based on how often you want to come, and how long you commit for. We have either 2x/week, or unlimited. 99% of our clients sign up for the unlimited option because the best results happen from showing up at least 3x/week, although we like to see our clients at 4 days.

Q: Is there parking?

A: There is FREE parking on North Ave and the surrounding side streets. Depending on the time of day it makes it easier/harder.

Q: How are you different from my local gym/group fitness class?

A: It all comes down to experience and quality instruction. YOU will learn how to move correctly, train without pain, and do things you did not envision being possible. You will get quality coaching from an experienced coach.

It is with pure excitement that I write this recommendation for Rock Solid Health!

For six months before joining Rock Solid, I was going to another gym on the Northside of Chicago. While working out there, I never felt part of the group or was ever taught how to properly do the exercises. After going for three to four times per week, I was becoming unhappy and continued to not feel part of the group. At that point, I knew it was time to look elsewhere. That is when I found Rock Solid Health!

From the first time I met Blair and attended one of the classes, I immediately felt a very warm and welcoming environment. Everyone said hi and was absolutely welcoming! More importantly, everyone made sure you were doing the exercises correctly! This NEVER happened at the other gym! Even though I have been going for about a month now, I am actually seeing real results and developing some really awesome relationships!
