We start all our new clients with an in-person consultation to learn more about you and your goals. From here we give you our best recommendation based on our assessments with you and the services we offer.
No! That is what we are here for. However if you have little to no experience working out with weights or in a gym setting we highly recommend starting with our Intro Pack, which is 4 sessions with a personal trainer to teach you the basic movements so you feel confident moving into classes or further along with training.
Everything is done either on your computer or through the app using Zen Planner. You can sign up for classes up to 2 weeks in advance to book your spot, however it is easy to book classes each week. We do recommend signing up in advance because of our small class sizes (classes capped at 10).
